Do I need a key?
No. You check in with the app, scan the QR code at the Bloc and the door opens. There is no reception; access works around the clock.
How does the deposit work?
At check-in you place a deposit of €100.00 per Bloc in the app. It is not part of the price and is released after the final inspection, usually within 3 working days.
Can I cancel free of charge?
That depends on the rate: Flex until 18:00 on the day of arrival, Week until 7 days, Longstay until 14 days, Long-term until 21 days before arrival. Basic is non-refundable. All deadlines are listed under Prices.
Who checks my ID?
A person in our back office. The check is not fully automated, and your document is visible only to the staff responsible for it.
Can I control things when I am not there?
Yes. The app controls the door and temperature through Live-ocracy, not through the local Wi-Fi. So you can turn the heating on while you are still on the way back from site.
