All prices gross per Bloc and night. The longer you stay, the cheaper the night.

Flex or Basic?
For 1–6 nights you choose: Flex costs €49.00 per night and can be cancelled free of charge until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Basic costs €45.00 per night, is charged immediately and is non-refundable. From 7 nights the rate for your length of stay applies automatically.

Overnight levy
Our price is the same at every location. If a city charges an overnight levy, it is added per person and night: we show it as its own line before you book and pass it on without markup. The city sets the amount; you find it per location under Locations. Business trips are exempt only where the city provides for it. Proof is then a booking through a company account or a letter from your employer. We charge nothing for the payment method.
Good to know
- Deposit €100.00 per Bloc. You place it in the app at check-in; it is not part of the price.
- After the free period, a cancellation costs 90% of the Bloc price.
- No more than 150 nights per guest and Bloc in a row.
- No right of withdrawal for accommodation (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB).

No access data on your phone
The app controls the door through Live-ocracy. Your phone holds no access data for the building systems, and control works even when you are out.
A person checks your ID
Not a machine in passing: your ID is checked in the back office by the person responsible.

Your data is stored on Live-ocracy's own infrastructure.
Frequently asked questions
What is included in the price?
Cleaning at your rate's interval, Wi-Fi, electricity and water. The price is the same at every location. If the city charges an overnight levy, it appears as its own line in your booking and is passed on without markup. We charge nothing for the payment method. The deposit is not part of the price.
I arrive late. Is that a problem?
No. Check-in is possible from 15:00 with no cut-off. Access works around the clock; there is no reception.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, request the extension in the app. Up to 150 nights in a row are possible in total.
Someone else booked for me. What do I need to do?
You receive a text message inviting you to the app. There you create your account, have your ID checked and do the check-in yourself.
Where is my data stored?
On Live-ocracy's own infrastructure. Your ID is visible only to the staff who check it.
