Staying somewhere for a while is either a hotel (expensive, reception, breakfast you did not ask for) or furnished housing (agents, deposits, paperwork).For a long time there was nothing in between.Live-ocracy is the in-between: your own Bloc, digitally accessible, from one night.

Arriving must not depend on the clock
Key handovers fail on opening hours, not on bad will. The app has no opening hours.
Service belongs in the system
Cleaning and maintenance work when they are jobs — not shouted requests.
