  • Senior Software Engineer — Full-Stack (FastAPI / React)

    See the role

    You build the system that carries stays: the FastAPI backend, the React portals and the rules between them — from booking to cleaning job.

    Your tasks

    • Features across the whole stack: FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, MySQL, React, TypeScript
    • Design and harden the state machines for stays and workflows
    • Evolve the realtime layer (WebSocket) and the smart-home proxy
    • Code reviews, tests, deployments — quality is part of the job, not an appendix

    Your profile

    • 5+ years of Python and TypeScript in production
    • You think in data models and contracts, not in screens
    • Experience with relational databases and API design
    • Fluent German or English, based in Germany

  • Software Engineer — Mobile (Flutter)

    The Live-ocracy app is the key — literally. You evolve the Flutter app guests use to check in, open doors and run their stay.

    Your tasks

    • Advance the Flutter app: check-in, smart-home control, support
    • Maintain BLoC state management and integrate new flows cleanly
    • Own deep links, push, offline behaviour and app-store releases
    • Work closely with backend and design on API contracts

    Your profile

    • 3+ years Flutter/Dart in production, iOS and Android releases
    • Clean state management is hygiene to you, not a bonus
    • You test what guests will use at three in the morning
    • Fluent German or English, based in Germany

    You hold operations together: cleaning, maintenance, ID checks and support run over your board — and you make sure no job is left lying.

    Your tasks

    • Plan, assign and sign off cleaning and maintenance jobs
    • Run ID checks on the four-eyes principle
    • Manage service providers: quality, times, invoicing
    • Take over and resolve guest escalations

    Your profile

    • Background in hospitality, facility management or operations
    • You work structured and document instead of remembering
    • At home in digital tools — our portal is your workplace
    • Fluent German, good English; on site in Idar-Oberstein
